Baking: Challah

My first attempt at making challah was a delicious success!  Thanks to The Challah Blog for this recipe, which came out great.  The only problem I ran into with it was that it calls for more flour than is actually necessary and I wound up having to add more oil.  Next time, I will use half a cup less.  I’m thinking that next time I might try adding sesame or poppy seeds or maybe adding raisins to the dough.
